b. Is document authenticated? Has signed document forged or tempered by anyone after signing?
The validity of the signer’s signature & document integrity can be verified easily using Adobe Acrobat Reader. Using Adobe Acrobat Reader, user can click on any signature and verify its validity. The validity of the signer’s signature is determined by checking the authenticity of the KAiZEN digital certificate.
If it shows a green verified tick in adobe acrobat, then it confirms two things:
a. These documents are signed by verified signer using KAiZEN.
b. The document has its integrity, and the signed content has not been altered or forged or tampered after signing.
